ALCER ASSOCIATION

August – September 2021

ALCER Málaga, Association for the Fight Against Kidney Diseases, of Málaga, was established in 1977, declared of public utility, pursues as a fundamental objective: “To contribute to the psychological and physical help of all people affected by kidney diseases and their families, as well as the prevention and fight of these diseases and the promotion of Organ Donation ”.

To achieve our goals, we have been working for 44 years in different lines of work:

  • Support for people with chronic kidney disease, to improve their quality of life with the following portfolio of services:
    • Psychosocial Care
    • Nutritional Care
    • Physiotherapeutic Care
    • Food Bank
    • Transitional accommodation floor
  • Defense of the rights of people with chronic kidney disease, ensuring the quality of the treatments received and the accessory services, as well as their full social integration.
  • Promotion and Dissemination on the Prevention of Kidney Disease and Organ Donation.

ALTAMAR ASSOCIATION

January – June – July 2021

If we had to summarize what Altamar is, we would say that it is a center that started a group of women in 2005 and in which, until today, they have offered support and comprehensive education to almost 100 children, in addition to assisting the needs of their families. at risk of exclusion.

Altamar is in the neighborhood of La Trinidad and El Perchel, a part of the city in which thousands of people struggle every day to live, facing precariousness and the multiple forms of violence imposed by social exclusion.

ASOCIACIÓN DOSTA

Noviembre – Diciembre 2020

Dosta means enough staying on the road, enough not fighting for your dreams, enough Pygmalion effects and sticky dreams.

Dosta Association was born from the personal experience of its founder Vanessa Jiménez. Its main objective is to motivate and help train those people who, due to different circumstances, could not finish their studies or realize their dreams.

ASOC. OF INTEGRATION OF THE PALMA-PALMILLA GYPSY COMMUNITY

October 2020

The aims of the Association:
The search for solutions to the common problems of the gypsy community, within the territorial scope of said Association.
Provide the necessary means for a better coexistence and improvement

of the quality of life, to the gypsy community within the territorial scope that includes said Association.

Promote and develop the necessary and diverse activities (social, cultural, recreational and sports) that lead to the achievement of the aforementioned purposes.

Maintain collaboration with the entities and associations necessary for the proper functioning and achievement of objectives.

Encourage the participation of the Roma community in the life of the community and district

 

 

DINING ROOM SANTO DOMINGO

February 2020 – Given the socio-economic situation of these times and, after seeing the great need of many people in a precarious situation, we decided to create the Association. We join a group of people with experience in volunteering to try to cover, as far as we can, the most basic of human beings, food.

With a firm premise in our ideals, to seek from the beginning a transparent Association, with exhaustive control and publicity of its resources and in which, from the first to the last of the cents and of the food of which the Association is depositary, has as the sole recipient people in danger of social exclusion.

One of our commitments is the guarantee that our management is available and available to any donor or partner who requests it.

 

 

Association Corazones Malagueños

Ángeles Malagueños de la Noche

In November and December 2019 Ángeles Malagueños de la Noche is a Malaga NGO born in 2007 whose main task is to feed the needy. The NGO is made up of a group of volunteers who are dedicated to preparing meals that they distribute to people in need who come to the soup kitchen. Every day they prepare more than 2,500 meals for the most disadvantaged.

Association SuperHeroes Un Niño una Sonrisa

In October 2019 «Asociación SuperHeroes Un Niño una Sonrisa» (SuperHeroes Association A Child a Smile) Dedicated by and for children, visiting and making them smile and have a more pleasant day, Spiderman, Batman etc … Who as a child has not had a Superhero, and not so small! ! Well, that’s what this project is based on for children and adults to enjoy!

Madre Coraje (Mother Courage)

In September 2019 the association Madre Coraje, a organización no gubernamental for development created in Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) and with an outstanding presence in Spain, Peru and Mozambique. It is non-denominational and nonpartisan. It was founded in 1991 by the physicist and engineer Antonio Gómez Moreno after his stay in Peru, when he was impressed by the harsh reality of the “piranha children” who rummaged through the garbage to survive. The association took the name of María Elena Moyano, called “Mother Courage”. María Elena was a Peruvian woman committed to the struggle for the impoverished of the young towns around Lima (Peru). He founded soup kitchens and several women’s associations. She was assassinated by the Shining Path terrorist group in 1992.

Málaga Acoje (Malaga Welcomes)

In August 2019 the Malaga Acoge association is an association, non-denominational and nonpartisan, of volunteers with a solidarity and transforming conscience, which, since 1990 and in a pioneering way, works for the integration and promotion of immigrants in the province of Malaga .

Cudeca Foundation

In July 2019 the “Cudeca” foundation To take care of, relieve, accompany and offer specialized palliative care to patients residing in the province of Malaga, who suffer from cancer and other diseases, in an advanced and terminal phase, and offer support and comfort to their families

Ronald McDonald Foundation

In June 2019 with the Ronald McDonald Foundation; that help families who have sick children and need a home during treatment. Vino Mío has had a close relationship with them for years.

INPAVI

In May 2019 we will collaborate with the NGO INPAVI (integration for life), which helps families who are at risk of social exclusion and / or poverty, its delegate Eva Pascual.

Malaga Dragon Boat

In April 2019 we will help the “Málaga Dragon Boat” Club, which is dedicated to supporting women diagnosed with breast cancer, providing positive energy, with activities such as rowing at the Mediterranean Club.
